1. Complete Account Deletion in the App
Complete account deletion is available directly inside AI Match Analyzer. If you are signed in, open the app, go to the profile/account area, choose the account deletion option, and confirm the deletion request.
The in-app deletion flow removes the authenticated account and associated cloud-stored app preferences linked to that account, including supported account-linked favorites and bet list data.
2. Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot access the app or need help, email [email protected] with the subject line AI Match Analyzer Delete Account.
3. Information to Include
- The email address or sign-in identifier associated with your AI Match Analyzer account, if applicable.
- The name of the app: AI Match Analyzer.
- A short request stating that you want your account and associated app data deleted.
4. What Will Be Deleted
Upon a verified deletion request, we will remove the authenticated account and cloud-stored app data associated with that account from our Firebase-based systems, where applicable.
- Firebase Authentication account data associated with the app account.
- Cloud-stored favorites and bet list preference data linked to the account.
- Account-linked app preference records used by AI Match Analyzer.
- Notification-related device messaging token records, if stored and linked to the account.
5. What May Be Retained
We may retain limited information when necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, debugging, or recordkeeping obligations. Aggregated analytics or advertising measurement data that is not reasonably linked to the deleted account may also remain with the relevant service providers according to their policies.
6. Local Device Data
Some app data may exist only on your device. You can remove local device data by deleting the app or clearing app storage through your device settings.
7. Processing Time
We aim to review and process email-based deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe after verifying the request. In-app deletion requests are processed through the app's account deletion flow.
